Junior Eurovision: Alicja Tracz chosen to Represent Poland!

After three semi-finals, Poland has now chosen their Junior Eurovision representative through the selection process, Szansa na Sukces. Just one qualifier was selected from each semi-final, meaning the final featured three talented young artists.

The three finalists performed two songs each. The first was a popular song chosen by the producers of the show, and the second song was their potential Junior Eurovision entry.

Here is the line-up:

  • Lena Marzec – You & Me (Cover song: Superhero, originally by Viki Gabor)
  • Agata Serwin – What I’m Made Of (Cover song: Can’t Stop The Feeling, originally by Justin Timberlake)
  • Alicja Tracz – I’ll Be Standing (Cover song: Let It Go, Polish version from the Disney movie, Frozen)

The voting consisted of jury and public vote, each accounting for 50% of the vote. The jury consisted of Viki Gabor, who won Junior Eurovision in 2019 with the song Superhero, Cleo, who represented Poland at Eurovision in 2014, and singer-songwriter David Kwiatkowski.

Alicja Tracz won both the jury and public vote, meaning she will represent Poland at Junior Eurovision this year with the song I’ll Be Standing, which was written by 2018 Eurovision representative Gromee and his wife, Sara Chimel-Gromala. Watch the performance below:
